COMBINED SHIPPING in the US
If you are interested in purchasing more than one item,
and they all fit into a Medium Flat Rate box we will ship it for $12, just convo us. This only applies for shipping to the US.
HOLDS-
We will HOLD items for 2 days on a case by case basis, no holds on newly listed items unless approved. Just convo us.
LAYAWAYS-
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit on all layaways, final payment due within one month. Convo for more details.
Wholesale availability
WHOLESALE- If you are interested in purchasing over $300 in items or over 10 items, wholesale pricing is available. Convo for more details.
REFUNDS and RETURNS-
Your satisfaction is our reward. We would be more than happy to return any item for STORE CREDIT on item only, not including shipping costs. You must let us know you want to return the item and send back the item within 3 days of delivery, buyer pays shipping with tracking.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover etsy fees and packaging.
Sorry we can not accept returns without contacting us first.
SHIPPING-
We ship most items through USPS.
US BUYERS-Be aware that if you choose FIRST CLASS there is no insurance on your package and you do so at your own risk.
PRIORITY MAIL is quicker and includes $100 worth of insurance through USPS.
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International without tracking number or insurance, unless other arrangements have been made (see below).
International Buyers: YOU are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties/VAT. No tracking numbers are available for International orders when shipped First Class and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Sorry :(
